HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you put an invalid or wrong address, your order will ship out to that address and be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Predominantly Black accepts returns (no swimsuits) 3 days after order has been received.

ARE THERE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED GOES ON SALE?

No, at this time we do not offer price adjustments.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Predominantly Black has partnered with multiple carries to ship your orders. Our partnerships allows us to offer a variety of shipping options such as 3-5 business days & 1-3 business days. After your order is placed please await a conformation telling you when it will be processed. depending on the ship to address please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Predominantly Black encourages you track your order at anytime using the Tracking number we send you once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that once your package leaves PB it is out of our hands and onto the carrier of your choice. We ship all orders out on Saturdays. Please allow 1 day (24 hours, at maximum) for order processing. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Internationally 7-12 business days, depending on location. If you would like earlier delivery please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate you at no additional shipping charge.

I DIDN'T SEE THE SALE CODE, CAN I GET A REFUND TO USE THE CODE?

No. All purchases are final sale during any promotion.
