My candle is out of stock and I really need this item, how can I get it?

Email Us! We will try our best to get you one, even if it's custom made.

Returns? Do we except them?

No. 

During our current climate we are trying to eliminate the amount of "touches" on an item as much as possible. At this time all items are final sale.

 

(3) Online Shop

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

I didn't see the sale code, can I get a refund to use the code?

No. All purchases are final sale during any promotion. 

 

(4) Shipping

How should I expect my package to arrive?

Predominantly Black has partnered with multiple carries to ship your orders. Our partnerships allows us to offer a variety of shipping options such as 3-5 business days & 1-3 business days. After your order is placed please await a conformation telling you when it will be processed. depending on the ship to address please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

Predominantly Black encourages you track your order at anytime using the Tracking number we send you once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that once your package leaves PB it is out of our hands and onto the carrier of your choice.

How long will delivery of my order take?

We ship all orders out on MONDAYS + THURSDAYS. Please allow 1 day (24 hours, at maximum) for order processing. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

Internationally 7-12  business days, depending on location.

If you would like earlier delivery please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate you at no additional shipping charge.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

(5) How do I add a note to my order?

You can add a note to your order by clicking "+ Leave a note about your order" in your shopping cart under the PAYPAL button.

All notes are entered onto a "Thank you" card or "Thinking of You" card. Please state which one in the notes.

 

(6) Do you offer gift receipts?

All of our receipts are gift receipts! :)
